I am in 30k College Debt (22k Wells Fargo, 8k Navient), 6k for the car, and I have savings for two months of immediate expenses and bills should my job go under. I've got an IRA for 1.5k but I haven't added anything to it in a LONG time, so it's just sort of sitting there.
I know there's no way in hell I should be exploring cryptocurrency when I'm still sub-30k wagecucking, but I would like to get plans or some sort of progress going for getting rid of my debts, and getting into making some investments into myself. And while I would like to just do what /fit/ and /g/ and all those guys do and not waste time... well your sticky's lacking the basics.
So, what would be the best steps for me to take right now, knowing literally nothing about savings or investings or anything?
If that's too broad, is something like Qapital a good idea for someone who wants to save up in the background? What books should I read, what debt should I work out of first?
Again, I'm sure you've been asked before, but, well, you don't have a 'read this before asking'.

Make a monthly plan of how much you're spending, and on what, ideally you want to set aside a manageable amount to pay off your debts. Try to pay it at the end of every month. Also, just because you're in debt, doesn't mean you can't make investments. Try to invest money that you don't have going towards debt and life expense.

Split it 3 ways between BTC ETH and NEO. Then keep coming back here and learn the ropes.
