yes, you can still use 2fa with your phone, it's just you don't have the backup key if you lose your phone

Bump, I'm in the same case as OP. It's just not on Bittrex that I didn't save the keys but in every exchange . If I just disable the 2FA manually I can immediately re enable it afterwards ? With a new QR and new key ?
