You can keep all your ERC20 tokens on the same ETH address, you scrub. Use myetherwallet.com

Get a $5 usb drive, put keepass on it and store your private keys as passwords. As long as you don't use a computer infected with malware you will be alright

so myetherwallet is only online? i cant install the program on an airgapped pc?

If it's ERC20 and it's a long hold, store in an ETH wallet. Keep your main BTC reserves in a wallet as well. Other than that just keep your shitcoins on the exchange.
