It's more like you took a heavy loss but you're still not selling hence the "bagholding".

Don't be the one that chased a "moon", got in too late, the price crashed and you're the one left holding the bag. It essentially locks in the funds, till the company sinks or swims, if you don't want to realise the loss

it takes holding a few bags before you realize it really fucking sucks and you dont ever wanna do it again. then you only buy ICOs or other under the radar coins
