OZARK on netflix is a decent show for people interested in conventional /biz/ness topics like investing, frugality, money laundering.
There are also many RED PILLZ and BLACK PILLZ in the storyline involving marriage, having a family, etc.
ITT: Please recommend other good movies/books/tv in dis thread so that all the twats can stop complaining that we only talk about crypto.

>redpills and blackpills about marriage and having a happy family
The (((Hollywood))) tier stereotype of "hurr all marriages are shitty and happy families are impossible its gotta be dysfunctional" is fucking retarded.
That said, aside from the typical cosmopolitan sheltered coastal bias of midwestern people, show was pretty decent, especially the final two episodes. I was mad it ended where it did, it was just starting to get pretty good.
I also love Batemans character.
/biz/ book to read if u haven't already:
Art of war - sun tzu (just fucking read it already)

jewlywood and evangelical/protestant approval of divorce is what fuels the "marriage/family is dysfunctional" hype. you can also see the obnoxious feminism in the wife and daughter characters.
Yes, Ozark is only good for Bateman's character and how he maneuvers through all the drama. There are some nuggets of wisdom in the dialogue but all in all it's basically a copy of Breaking Bad except instead of making meth he's fucking around with washing money.
Art of War is great for people who can pull out abstract wisdom and apply it strategically. most are not patient or intelligent enough to read the text, which is boring.
