All they would have to do to cause a dump is throw up some huge walls like this and it would come crashing down the same way it did a month ago. When they control the supply it would take little effort to accomplish. Then wait a month until everything settles and new money shows up, remove the walls, make an announcement that some new banks are joining, and boom it pumps again.
