I need financial advice. I have a good pension but refuse to wait until 68 to retire, which means I need some means of living between retiring and that sweet pension coming in. Other than a pension, what is the best way to make sure I'm financially secure later in life? I'm 30 and have about 10 grand in the bank, have a decent income, currently renting an apartment. Is property the way to go? Should I start buying apartments and renting them out? Or these meme cryptocurrencies that 90% of the threads are about?
I want to retire in my 50s. What should I do?

It's hard to know who is being serious around here. Does anyone here know what they are doing or do they just throw money at cryptocurrencies? Is is not a better idea to buy property and rent it out, living off the rental? If I can get 4-5 apartments in the next 20 years won't I bet set?

renting properties can be a pain in the ass and the margins are very low while you are still paying them off. Repairs and maintenance can be very expensive and time-consuming if you're the one responsible. It can be a good source of passive income later in life, but being a landlord is often a lot harder than people initially think.
