Any one around willing to invest in flipping homes with me?
I'm looking for 150k Canadian or I can settle for 50k and secure the rest of the loan myself.
Id be willing to offer a stake in the company just for giving me the loan. I'm the end I pay you back entirely and you have a stake in the company meaning you'll earn income from it even after the loan is repayed.
I'm 30, have been working construction for over 10 years- the last 5 have been on my own.
My business deals with commercial work but this investment would be on flipping residential homes in a capital city.
Anyways- some food for thought if someone wanted to get in on it.
I'm located in Canada but willing to do business with anybody in any country.
