Its true, the coin used to have another name before and was considered dead in the eyes of most people, then someone mined all of it just before they rebranded the coin to PIVX. Some on just dont mine a coin who dont even sell for 1 sats lol. it was clearly the devs who mined it so most of the people are just buying the dev bags
