I'm interested in applying for a secretary position since I see it as a stepping stone into the corporate world, but male secretaries haven't been a thing for decades.
Can I compete with the female applicants?

This. If you aren't too old and get started on HRT you should be able to get all kinds of companies aiming for some sweet diversity hires. Tuck that dick away and you'll be sucking on that promotion in no time.
