Housing and college are up because of the super low rates and free money. Also housing is very local, bubbles are very local in general all over the globe. Housing bubble = low rates, banks willing to loan easily and possibly foreign money buying as in london, vancouver etc. Rarely a megabubble comes only from locals as they do not posses the purchasing power alone
