Insider tip - take this for what it's worth. Minereum is being pumped up to $30 in advance of an ICO coming out where they will allow 10 minereum to = 1 ETH.
It's only available on a few select exchanges. To sign up I recommend livecoin.net
Takes about 2 minutes to set up an account, then takes 15 to send BTC and trade BTC for minereum. I just did it and feeling comfy right now. See you fellas at $30!
If you have questions about "how do I buy it" just let me know I'm happy to help. When I first started with cryptos I didn't buy some coins because I didn't know how. Don't be me.

is livecoin is the place to buy it?
It's not an "insider tip". The MNE dev is running an ICO for a new coin that is advertised as Minereum V2. You can buy the ICO with either ETH or MNE. On day 1 of the ICO, 10 MNE is pegged to the value of 1 ETH. Therefore, it stands to reason that MNE will reach for equilibrium with ETH (~$30) leading up to the ICO.
It's supposed to happen early September. Seems like free money at LEAST up to the previous MNE ATH.
Yes, buy on Livecoin. It has the best volume.
You're welcome.
