ICO's wants only ETH's. Why?

well before it was because you stood to gain more by holding eth, but now that that's not true anymore because eth has basically found its true value at $300, more icos seem to accept bitcoin.

Easier to use and move around

And most icos are erc-20 tokens so its only natural they want eth

Because ETH/NEO/WAVES
(and later LISK/STRATIS/EOS and I think NEM) can issue tokens with smart contracts and the rest are either cureencies (dash, monero, zcash) or assets (pay, bat)

If you take only btc, you also have to have a wallet and can't use the smart contract capable blockchain
