Can't speak to the volume. I assume it's because ~50% of it (if i recall correctly) is in people's wallets for staking and thus not in circulation. Other chunks are in the hands of the Ark devs for developing, marketing, etc. Again, that's only my opinion, can't speak to it factually. As for the conference, attached is your answer.
