why cant i just hodl and look at my investments once every few months??
I've stopped eating/sleeping properly and my productivity is shit

looks like it's the same for everybody. Best way imo is to forget shitcoins, just hold bitcoin and just set an app alarm when the price goes down or up too much.

That happened to me. Weeks of bad sleep while I was daytrading. I don't daytrade anymore and now I only hold good long term projects so I literally don't care about the interday price.
