But that's not the point. If you read the whitepaper, he mentions that MNE allows people to create tokens, which it does currently, and ART will allow people to automatically create ICOs for their tokens.

ART will have an ICO Factory the same way MNE has a Token Creation Service. It's genesis addresses will be possible to sell, unlike MNE's, and this process will end up using lots of MNE along the way.

It was all one huge interlocked project behind the dev team. This is why i'm so happy.

This is going to make it so your average joe can create a token and hold his own "ico" all in an hour. That was the whole point of MNE anyway, to bring this kind of cryptocurrency to the masses. Sure anyone could just use ETH or NEO, but MNE's goal was to make it more accessible, and it does that.
