Source? I got some deceptive vibes from the CEO in the promotional video when he mentioned "We've been working on this for --- 12 months" where he didn't refer to memory at all, but their support is super helpful and clarifies questions within minutes.

Do some research on Monaco. You'll see all the articles and reviews raving about how it is a VISA card but look at their white paper and pictures on their site.

Only mention of VISA says that it's both MasterCard and VISA accredited, which just means it's usuable on debit machines, not that it's endorsed/sponsored by VISA

I'd be fine with that. Selling BTC is a profitable market, but having to talk to forum-fags for 30 minutes just to sell of $500 at 15% isn't worth the time it takes.
