The supply of BlockCat is extremely thin.
There is a total of 7M circulating.
Whales are already accumulating, and pushing the price up on EtherDelta prior to the token's release on real exchanges.
The developers are like 12 years old, and put in place "milestone voting" for the release of the ICO funds; they don't get paid unless they actually ship.
This has all the right signals for a serious quick flip in the next few weeks.
