Are you seriously just learning about Polo now?
TL:DR - old exchange became huge when they were the first to add ETH markets, heaps of newcoiners overwhelming them lately so they killed the trollbox to put all staff on tickets, still not enough staff so expect tickets to take ages

I honestly don't get the FUDders. Poloniex might be a scam, yeah. We don't know for sure.

Personally, I just believe they are legitimately overwhelmed with the influx of new traders. Traffic, what, increased by 500% or more? Yeah, of course that causes problems.
