These are exchanges/trusts that have yet to distribute BCH tokens to their costumers. These are just the ones I know of, there are probably many many others.
TLDR; untold amounts of bitcoin cash tokens are still frozen out of circulation. This makes BCH much much easier to pump right now, but also a ticking dump bomb.
Just a heads up to any unwitting noob as it seems there's a coordinated effort to shill hard for BCH.
