0x is sitting ~the 0.0011 ETH mark pretty consistently, sometimes drops down to ~0.009, sometimes going up to 0.002. It's held down by walls all the time, so if you build up now, you'll be totally fine when it eventually hits Bittrex, etc, and moons more than it already has

Ark not a gamble. Pit 700 into Ark and hold for a few months. Maybe buy Eth or BTC with the rest. If you want a gamble throw some money into ICOs or a coin with decent volume that has been at a dip for a while
