you just practice non stop all the time. If you fall off the wagon, dont worry about it and get back on. At some point in the future, you will plateau at whatever you were practicing and it feels good nigga

You have to concentrate on it really hard. I'm not joking. People just say "just do something!!" but it isn't like that. Procrastination is a serious problem.

lock yourself in a room, lock all distractions in a safe with a timer, lock the keys in the safe. set the timer for however much time you need

then do whatever needs to be done. if what you need to do can be done without needing the mobility, then lock yourself up with handcuffs too if necessary. perhaps chaining yourself to the object that you need to focus on.

make sure you have a jug for pissing in and a sealable container for shitting. must be airtight, this is essential.
