I believe the 0 fees is to gain popularity for the exchange itself so it can compete with larger exchanges. The only thing I'm worried about is it just popping on the 24th because people only want it for the 0 fees. The only other advantage I know of is the site pays you gas directly for storing Neo on it, but again I think that's another thing to grain it popularity.
