No college degree.
Depends on you job.
Networking - Cisco certs. CCNA, CCNP et cetera.
Server admin for Linux there's the red hat certification - RHCSA, RHCE so on. There are windows server certs too but Linux server administrators tend to get paid better.
Most important is your github. Interviewers want to see that you can program. They want to see people who not only can do what they want but take an initiative and do their respective roles at home as a hobby because those people are better.

As a general all around, get a Microsoft Office certification. They come for word and excel, two of the programs your employer might want you to use.
None. You literally don't need any. Just code websites for people.
