Several people sent 1000+ ether. It's amazing that this is allowed for an ICO hard capped at 86k ether. The guy who paid 12k ether has already 10%+ of all coins!

For the past 10 years people have forked out a ton of money for virtual land in Second Life and IMVU and Entropia.

Second Life alone was making 10s of millions per month in its peak just off of renting Virtual Land to people.
