If there's a giant fucking cliff like in OP's pic, it means it's one whale putting up a fake buy/sell wall so he can do the opposite. If it's a big buy wall, he is selling over it while idiots think its bullish. If it's the opposite, he is buying while keeping the price low and idiots sell to him. Then the whale removes his wall and lets the built up pressure carry the price the way he wants.
