Then either Pajeet Fageet cries for not being able to buy some MakeMeRichOvernight shillcoin, or actually buys and get depressed because the Usual Whales™ instantly cash out and grab his puny money.

I'd rather say that ratio is about 5:1, or even 7:1 (7 crying vs 1 buying and getting goofed).
