1. all buys on polo and gdax are from bots doing arbitrage.
2. you only need one exchange to go up for the rest to follow because of bots.

someone is pumping bitfinex with wash trades using tether causing other exchanges to pump so they can dump into bots doing arbitrage on other exchanges. we even know the exact amount: $80M tether, purchased in the last few days.
