it eventually went through, but that shit was scary

It depends on the shit coin and the fees used to transfer. Polo tries to keep transfer fees down but if a network is busy, that cheaper fee gets put to the back of the queue.

Stop transferring in shitcoins
Stop transferring baby amounts
Try converting to XRP to do cross exchange transfers. It literally takes about 5 seconds to move funds around with Ripple because that's what it's designed to do

LTC isn't too bad either if you're one of those autistic "duuur ripple, muh BANKS!" morons
