2 easiest options:
1) make account on coinbase, buy btc/eth using credit/debit card or by Sepa transfer. Transfer to your private wallets or to bittrex and buy ark. Enjoy your lambo.
2) make account on kraken then do same as 1).
Coinbase has much faster verification process. Kraken has less fees and more coins you can buy with fiat or btc/eth.
I dont know your bank czechbro but for me SEPA is cheaper than using card.
There are other options like litebit or localbitcoins but coinbase and kraken are quite safe and easy to use
