I like the idea of having an anonymous ranking system that incentivizes traders to compete for gains. Has strong competition like MLN and ICN but is different enough that I'll give it consideration. Bummed it's pushed to September.

Former hedge fund trader here -- traders are generally perfectly aligned incentive-wise with both their firm and performance. It's maybe the only industry that is -- this does not strike me as a huge problem.
