This serves as a warning to the public.

CONMEN ALERT
China One Point Commonweal (OPC) conmen
Malaysian conmen Chang Hon Seu aka John Chang and
Kenny Chiea of hillwayintl in Hong Kong and Mahiez in Malaysia ask you
to invest CNY 150,000 In OPC.

After 5 months, they say that 1/3 of your money is not invested.
They take another 2 months to refund your 1/3 money, if they do fully refund.
The balance 2/3 stays until maturity but when asked about proof of
investment, they cannot produce any.

Our suspicion is that Chang Hon Seu and Kenny Chiea use hillwayintl in
Hong Kong and Mahiez in Malaysia as fronts to launder investor money.

Police report has been filed in Malaysia against these two conmen.
