Most of the BTC dev. team is on the payroll of a company called 'blockstream'.

The largest investor is AXA, an umbrella company.

Owner is the chairman of the bilderbergs, no joke.

So they've already got their filthy grabbler tendrils in BTC, but only teh dev. team, not the network itself. (((they))) have a hard time understanding the non-heirarchical nature of a distributed network, so as long as we watch for tricks we're good.

Short-term, many of them will now feel comfortable depositing their wealth into BTC and the crypto ecosystem. Hodlers stand to become inordinately wealthy.

its literally a shiny yellow metal that's nice for making jewelry with and has some minor industrial applications because it's nonreactive with oxygen. You can't eat gold, you can't make tools from it, it doesn't help you survive.

You pay people to dig it out of the ground, then put it in a hole and pay people to guard it. To say gold has intrinsic value but bitcoin doesn't is ridiculous. Land has intrinsic value, food has intrinsic value, gold is $1267 an ounce because we've all agreed it does.
