Americans here - what are you going to do if your ICOs start avoiding American investors because the SEC is about to make them jump through a bunch of hoops just to be compliant?

Do you know you're about to have to go through a mainstream bank just to trade?
Do you know you're NOT an "accredited investor" and therefore will probably not participate in most cool ICOs (and can't trade them on a secondary market if you could)

America is the world now? American investors who matter, which aren't biztards, don't give a shit about the SEC. Better said, the SEC probably works for them.

No. At least hold some coins that you know (or they say) are working with their legal teams to comply with potential regulations.

Protip, unless you're literally buying shit off the New York fucking Stock Exchange, or a similar registered exchange, it doesn't matter what any ICO's legal team is "assuring", it's not compliant with federal securities laws.

Don't care desu. I'll take the risk.

NEO gonna be the hub for ICOs. More progamming languages will attract devs too.
