Hey /biz/, as my hodling grows more and more profitable I have realised that I need to start looking into securing my assets safely.
what resource do you guys reccomend for learning how to do so? Are paper wallets the most secure way to keep muh shekels safe from the internet? Are there any other security precautions I should take?

Trezor wallet is the king of the wallets. Easy to use and secure as fuck. Supports several cryptos, more constantly added. /Thread
Just send them to me, it's called outsourcing!

I'll probably buy the trezor 2 when it is releaed. Until then I just use an old airgapped laptop to store my coins and sign Txs, then transfer the Tx via USB to my main machine and broadcast it

if you cant google how to make a secure wallet you shouldnt acquire btc
Always split up your assets
Some in a paper wallet
Some in a hardware wallet
Some in an online wallet
Some spread across multiple exchanges
Some on encrypted USBs in safe deposit boxes
Secure your nest egg and future - make multiple backups and failsafes of each method. Let a trusted loved one kniw how to access them in case of extreme emergency.
