Is Ethereum "The Sick Man of Cryptocurrency?"

ETH is the most divisive and controversial cypto here. Full disclosure: I'm practically all in.

A lot of people are angry because of some fishy things:
1. Premining
2. Vitalik holds a lot of ETH
3. The DAO hack
4. Smart Contracts have been hacked
5. ICOs have been under recent scrutiny by the USG
6. Ethereum itself, while a currency, is also kind of not a currency -- hard to define

Good shit:
1. Vitalik is a genius, I don't care what people say, my previous negative points show that he might be a shyster, but he is undoubtedly one of the best minds in crypto
2. ZKSnarks -- say goodbye, Monero. ETH will be the privacy king. Might even be quantum resistant.
3. Plasma and Raiden will allow for flexible and fast transactions. IOTA has it beat here, but it's a great concept for blockchains.
4. Proof of Stake will award holders at some point in the future (who knows, but is supposedly coming)
5. Ice Age will slow ETH production in the future

what are you holding? just curious. personally, i've been all in eth since $18. i could have sold my eth at $400 and bought into bitcoin or neo and made bank, but im not smart enough to trade so i just hold
