Bitmex, goes upto x100 but no point bc the fees alone result in auto liquidation. x10-x15 is the sweet spot for mad gains (and losses)

You'd be better off going long on top tier alts. It's effectively the same as shorting BTC except with less risk because they can still run when BTC is stable.
Just don't go long on BTC pairs, stick to USD
