The dev team is top-tier and very professional. I've talked to Francois and he's a smart, talented guy. Haven't spoken much to Mike or Lorenzo but their work speak for themselves. See: the desktop wallet

The devs also paid me a bounty for some dev work I did so I may be a bit biased though.
