How come companies no longer do OJT or any other type of training?
Because they want to hire people who already know what theyre doing
Instead of building a great team, they want a premade one and they want to throw it away for a better one every six months
because it's not switzerland
if your government designs an excess of offer from the labour market
working becomes ugly because of the fucked up incentives

Do you think they even realize how stupid that is?
Job market saturation. There's no need to train people anymore because the third world is advancing rapidly and every Chang and Patel are educated and have challenging third world experience.
