I'm guessing a lot of the market is thinking "okay, once it reaches 4k, I'm gonna take some profit". If that does occur, one of two things will happen:

1. The market will drop back, find heavy support and range around for a while.

2. A big player will use the drop to their advantage to smack the price up further with a buy volume spike, as it drops below 4k.

BTC bounced hard first time it hit the 3k wall. So hard it was a crash that took months to recover. Then it kept hitting the 3k wall and bouncing off each time.

You really think it can break through 4k?

So if you're bullish, you don't want sellers to think $3965 is a big resistance point, otherwise we'll be looking at an incoming double top.

Bollinger band users will notice the bands slowly start to narrow in as the market ranges. It's very important to be keeping an eye out for any volume spikes now. I think $4k should be viewed a strong resistance point in the short term.
