What are your strategies for when to sell/take profit?

Currently hodling ~10 alts including NEO & OMG which have seen big profits this last week or so. Can't help but feel like i'm getting too greedy. Should I sell a small amount?

"Sell when you can" is the best advice I've read. I've done it in my trading. Whenever it's up, I sell off a portion of whatever I have that I'm comfortable with, and when it lows I buy back in.
It's a pure speculation market so I stay BTC-ETH because I know money is going to be flowing fast and furious between those two for a good while. Alts are too speculative to me. You're already in a speculative market, I don't see why you would take on even more risk.
