Idea for Venezuela

/biz/ I have an idea for major lols and charity using economics, but I have no idea how to make it real.

My idea is to:

make single pieces of paper that say NiggerFaggot
, made by regular Venezuelans, the de facto national currency!
My plan is to use the same method that got Pewdiepie so much hate, when he paid internet Jesus on Firvr(or some name like that) to say, "Hitler did nothing wrong"

By offering $5(two months of food in Venezuela) for each piece of paper.

I was thinking of sending specially made pins to be attached to the paper to give it value and make it so only a paper with that pin is worth $5. Or maybe using local banks to do it?

What do you guys think?
I want to help the Venezuelan people, but it just doesn't seem right to lose this opportunity.
