So I've tried syncing Blockfolio but its never accurate. Neo still shows as antshares at like $15 and other shit is wrong as well. What gives?

Can someone please for the love of god tell me how to keep track on ALL THE TRANSACTIONS that happen daily, with Blockfolio. How do you guys do it? If I send some BTC to buy Alt coin, I have to account for the fee and price change etc. It is so annoying!
