There is literally no workable liberitarian solution to pollution and climate change other than to deny it exists.
This is really just a manifestation of a more general flaw with liberitarianism, which is that society is full of examples of individual actions imposing a cost for others.
Class action lawsuits are virtually the only deterrent, and even then they're purely reactionary so we're fucked when it comes to something like climate change, and even then there's absolutely no consideration for loss of precious biodiversity or suffering of non-human.
