Im reading a book about market psychology.
It's often the case that people who win money have a bad feeling about it. They feel like they haven't earned it. It can happen that friends will go away because of the financial difference.
Winning is like a drug for your brain. It's so intense that after a while normal things do not make much fun anymore. The only joy you can feel is the adrenaline rush when the price goes up.
After a while you get used to winning and you don't get the rush anymore. Everything gets boring. You also think that the money will solve your problems but after a while it turns out that it doesn't do that.

hodling is a non-zero sum game
day trading is a zero sum game
Zero sum games erode trust in society and eventually turns everyone into selfish assholes. Day traders are perpetuating the downfall of society, while giving nothing back in return.
