Redpill me on QTUM Is this the real competitor of NEO/ANS?

Its next level coin. If you compare to neo. They dont have main network yet, but when they do qtum is beond the moon. How many icos in neo platform? I think in qtum they have all ready 7 icos comin and they are still in test network..
