How do you make the most of a good economy? For example, should I be buying gold while it's low? Throw down your two cents.

Why is Paris Climate Accord bad?

While it's low? Gold is a flight to safety. Keep a balanced % in risk averse investments / risk on adjusted to your preferred risk level. This in practice means buying gold/bonds when you become overweight stocks.

Unironically crypto is the best investment right now.

Otherwise while the economy is doing well, the best investments are the stock indexes. DJI is already up about 15% YTD which is phenomenal. Unemployment at a 16 year low is an indication that we're still far off another recession so there's no reason to buy gold yet.

Bonds are obviously a shitty low yield investment whatever the economic climate. Forex is pointless unless you're playing with tens of millions.

Basically while the economy is doing well, just ride the wave. There's no point gearing up for a crash prematurely.

It won't do anything because countries like Russia, China, and Pajeetland won't follow anyway.

No, he asked why it's bad

US has to dump billions of dollars into third-world countries to upgrade their infrastructure. There's nothing inherently wrong pushing for renewables though.

Everytime the unemployment rate has dropped to a decade low, a recession has hit the market.

So guess where we are now.

According to your chart, in a comfy midway point.
