Fucking Polo is holding my coin on awaiting approval since 27th July.

Coins that I wanted invest in already fucking mooned since then. They cost me at least $1500 in gains.

I am done with this piece of fucking shit exchange.

My other XMR withdrawals went without a hitch.
I'm pretty sure my transaction got flagged because I am outside of my country of residence for work and didn't have 2FA enabled.

Opened a ticket but got no response whatsoever.

man that sucks, glad i dont use them anymore. I stopped using them when SIA withdrawals got stuck, and they never replied to my ticket either even after they fixed the issue.

My experience was that if a support ticket doesnt tell them what to do in very direct terms, it will be even more delayed. for example: "hey guys i think theres something wrong with my withdrawal do you know what might be wrong?" will get ignored while "I have been control of my account the entire time, either cancel or process my withdrawal immediately, whichever is faster" may get an answer

I tried pulling coins off the exchange and got a "complete error" and i'm still stuck in support with no access to funds.

Precursor test transactions were made too, so i knew wallet address / ability to transfer within limits was working correctly.
