I want to use crypto gains to buy a boat, and use that boat to give people tours. I live in the bay so there's water and people with money and a long season.
Anyone have experience with this? What's the market like? How big of a boat is best for doing small tours?

Don't be a non-competitive touristy skipper
If you like sailing you'll grow to hate it 100%
Chartering it out you would reach ROI in 2 years or so but the boat will show signs of wear and tear
The happiest two days with having a boat are the day you buy it and the day you sell it

best money is moving drugs with it

This all day man
Don't even have to fill it all the way to be making money
In the US, you'll need to get a license, the OUPV or operator of uninspected passenger vessels. This will allow you to take up to 6 paying passengers out. Upgrade to a master's license 100 gross ton for up to 49 people. It's not very expensive, maybe 1000us for classes and fees.
If you have any specific questions, I can answer them.

I would buy a used boat and would want to target young party crowd. Put a keg on the boat or something and install a sounds system and bbq
Sit in the boat and trade crypto.
