Apparently there is a bug where margin traders are unable to end their loans

I currently have some ~5%/day loans that have been going since before the fork, probably due to this bug.
Could poloniex roll-back my loans or will I get my fees?

i had this happen to me, I contacted support and they rolled it back. Sucked cause i couldnt trade for 1.5 weeks.

They added that arbitration clause in their tos and this starts happening.
